We are claiming February as the month of love. A perfect time to keep on your new year intentions and amp up your self love practices. When you love yourself you are more able to take care of, and love, the people in your life as well.
It takes 28 days to create a new habit, so join us for 28 days in February in seeing how wonderful it is to love yourself even more, and create a sustainable self love and self care practice. You deserve to feel good about you.
Everyone that completes their 28 days of self love, by acquiring 28 points, gets a little Soul Tribes happy bag of self love goodies, and goes into the draw to win one month’s free membership.
We will have a board up in studio to put your name on so you can track their progress, if you are joining us virtually for the challenge email us and we will get you on the tracker board.

Two points for taking a workshop.
One extra point for bringing a friend to class to join you. (Must be a new friend each time if bringing more than once)
One extra point for trying a class you haven’t taken before. (Redeemable once)
One extra point for doing 4 days in a row. (Redeemable twice)
