Alchemy Sound Bath Immersion

Journey into Sound and Vibration at Soul Tribes Houston

Come join Alexandra and Cheree in this fullest expression of sound, vibration, frequency and energy Immersion. 

Alexandra will be playing a range of Crystal Quartz Sound Bowls and two giant Crystal Quartz Bowls. In addition to that she will be playing a Gong tuned to breath, a rain stick and Koshi chimes.

Cheree uses an array of instruments including alchemy singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, rattles, koshi chimes, rainstick, and drum. The experience is one of pure sounds emitting and expanding into a multitude of vibrant overtones.

Please arrive 20-30 minutes early if you wish to be smudged and set an intention amplifying your sound bath.

Suggestions on what to Bring:

*Something to lay on: yoga mat, floor cushions, blanket

*Pillow for head and/or under knees

*Blanket

*Water bottle 

*Comfy clothes

*Eye mask, Bandana or Towel (to lay over eyes)

*Journal or drawing paper, pen/pencil

• The intention here is letting the physical body fall away with being as comfortable as possible giving space for a deeper journey into ones inner world.

• Feel free to bring your crystals and stones as the Crystal Quartz Bowls will recharge and cleanse them.

*Upon arriving:

Please make sure phone is off or airplane mode.

Arrive at least 10 minimum early to take care of all needs before event starts.

Event will start promptly on time, please be mindful there will be no late arrivals.
