Come join 2, of our 3, wonderful sound facilitators, Taylor, Sarah and Imani in this fullest expression of sound, vibration, frequency and energy Immersion.
On a rotation monthly between these incredible sound practitioners, you will enjoy 2 of them playing a range of Crystal Quartz Sound Bowls and two giant Crystal Quartz Bowls, Gongs, a Rain Stick, Wave Drum, Shamanic Drum and Chimes.
Great to relax, destress and bring your body and mind into a peaceful state.

Gratitude & Grounding: Yoga, Reiki & Sound Workshop
Join Haley & Carly for a grounding, restorative evening of yoga, hands-on Reiki, and sound healing as we embrace the season of gratitude.
As an energetic healing modality, Reiki will help support the body through gentle energy healing and energetic rebalancing.
November is a time to reflect on all we're thankful for, but it's also an opportunity to turn that gratitude inward. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and positive affirmations, we'll create space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and cultivate gratitude for our bodies, our journeys, and the present moment.
